Eligibility & Ordering Requirements
- Orders must be placed and invoiced through an authorized CSI distributor between May 1 and May 31, 2026.
- End-users must be located in North Carolina or South Carolina.
- End-users must purchase at least the minimum quantity on a single invoice to receive payment.
- End User must register for the
program through the New CSI-Rebate Portal.
