1. How do I get to the registration page?

3. What if I do not receive an email?
a. If it's been more than two business days, try looking in your spam/junk folder.
4. Not in your spam folder?
a. You may have opted out of all emails. Send an email letting us know that you did not get an email. CSI Marketing: marketing@controlsolutinsinc.com
5. Why is there a two-step verification?
a. Two-step verification is required to enable two-factor authentication (2FA), helping protect your account and ensure secure access to the portal.
6. Will I have to go through this registration for every rebate?
a. No. Just the one time for the Portal. But you will have to register for each Rebate Program.
7. I have been approved, but forgot my password?
a. Go to https://www.controlsolutionsinc.com/rebates
b. Follow directions to reset password.

About the REBATE PROGRAMS
9. Why do I need to do an additional registration for a Rebate program?
a. Each program has its own requirements and payment methods.
10. What happens if I don’t register for PSI until later?
a. Register for the PSI Rebate Program before July 31, 2026, and you'll receive credit for all qualifying purchases made since January 1, 2026.
b. Register after July 31, 2026, and qualifying purchases will be credited back to the start of the current quarter.
