The National Pest Management Association (NPMA), a non-profit organization with over 4,000 members from around the world, was established in 1933 to support the pest management industry's commitment to the protection of public health, food and property. This commitment is reflected both in the continuing education of pest management professionals and the dissemination of timely information to homeowners and businesses.

We're the consumer marketing arm of NPMA, and our mission is clear: promote the value of professional pest control directly to the public – reaching residential and commercial audiences. UPFDA is an association of pest management industry product and service suppliers. We come together to support professional growth, strengthen industry connections, and ensure ethical business practices. We achieve this by meeting at PestWorld and our Spring Conference, and through our committee work and regular electronic communications. We welcome prospective members to experience the friendly support and collaboration that is part of UPFDA membership. At the United Producers, Formulators and Distributors Association (UPFDA), our goal is to support the pest management industry through quality products, services, training and research. Our activities and meetings focus on providing networking opportunities for our members to learn about each other, develop new relationships – all with the goal of generating the foundation of materials and supplies for the industry. The PestVets Council assists NPMA with creating awareness among military veterans of the pest management industry as a potential career choice, and educating the NPMA membership on how to recruit and hire military personnel. |
